Ula is a passionate marketeer with 15+ years experience across Europe, Middle East and Africa. She started her career in P&G, where she spent 6 years in various global and local roles. She then moved to the LEGO Group, the most admired toy producer in the world, where she started in a regional Eastern Europe role in Prague. She moved to LEGO HQ in Denmark. For the past four years she supported the opening of a new office for Middle East and Africa in Dubai and took over role of Head of Marketing. She is insights-driven and believes that modern marketing is a balanced mix of analytics and art.

I enjoyed listening to Ula talk about her time growing up in Poland during a period of great transformation in the country and how she wanted to travel and see the world. Ula talked a lot about her marketing experience and learnings and offered good insights for anyone considering a future in marketing. I loved how she talked about finding her own voice and her own leadership style and how important it is for her to give back.
